These terms govern your use of arequs.com, beaverdeck.io, and the documentation published on them (together, the "Sites"), operated by Arequs LLC. By using the Sites, you agree to these terms. If you use the Sites on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
02Software licenses
Software we distribute is governed by the license that accompanies it, not by these terms. BeaverDeck is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. If we offer commercial editions, subscriptions, or hosted services in the future, they will be governed by separate terms presented when you sign up.
03Documentation and examples
Documentation, commands, configuration samples, and Insight guidance are provided to help you operate our software. Infrastructure changes can affect availability, security, and cost. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any command or configuration before running it, especially in production environments.
04Intellectual property
Except for open source software and third-party material, the content of the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Arequs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, share links to, and quote the Sites for personal or internal business purposes with attribution. Our names and logos are subject to the trademark notice.
05Acceptable use
When using the Sites and our services, you agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt their operation, security, or infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
- send automated traffic at a volume that degrades the service for others;
- use the Sites in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
06Third-party links
The Sites link to services we do not control, such as GitHub and Artifact Hub. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

THE SITES AND THEIR CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
08Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AREQUS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use of the Sites after an update means you accept the revised terms.
